An Agariciid colony I thought looked nice out in Fiji 10/10.

Seen this in the wild? An apparent tunnel through a stony coral, in this case a Montipora? There is/are Alpheid/s living in the formed (by them) tunnel complex.

Anampses neoguinaicus Bleeker 1878, the New Guinea Wrasse is a real beauty but fares no better than the rest of the genus. Shipping stress and traumas like mouth damage claim almost all of them. A male in Fiji. Western Pacific. To eight inches in length.

Antennarius commerson (Latreille 1804), the Giant or Commerson's Anglerfish. To 13 inches in length. Widespread in the Indo-Pacific; Red Sea to Hawai'i. Occurs in nearly all colors, patterns (w/ the exception of blue!) matching sponges they're found in association with. Here in Fiji.
