| 1. Answer Queries in Web Mail and move various queries to appropriate boxes. 2. Delete trash 3. Open Front Page, go to "FAQ's to be placed". Move sent queries to the "FAQ's to be placed" page. Edit, add titles, bold, correct spelling, etc. 4. Place edited queries onto beginning of "today's FAQ's" page and change date on header. 5. Copy cut old daily FAQ's and move to the "FAQ's to be placed" page. 6. File old daily FAQ's by subject(s). |
