Co2 usage on calcium reactor  8/12/09
How long should a 5lb co2 bottle last with a bubble count of 30 to 40 bubbles per minute.
<Mmm, a function of the initial size of the bubbles and the depth of their discharge... but a few months>
I have only had my reactor up for a month and already need my second refill this does not seem right to me I'm only getting around 2 to 3 weeks out of a full bottle.
<Mmmm, I would be checking about for leaks (could be dangerous to release much carbon dioxide in the house... DO make sure you have two monitors in place that are working)... Bob Fenner>
